The plumber fixed service body is mounted directly to the chassis of the vehicle. It has been designed in consultation with the plumbing, air conditioning and refrigeration industries to meet the specific needs of tradesmen and servicemen who require the maximum amount of open enclosed space, safe gas bottle storage, whilst requiring an amount of open aisle storage space.

• The plumber fixed service body is comprised of 6 upper compartments, 2 accessed from each side, and 2 from the rear, plus a full length length centre aisle with cargo barrier. This is a popular choice for plumbers, air conditioning, refrigeration and other service industries.

• Constructed from lightweight corrosion resistant high grade aluminium, the total weight of the 2400 plumber fixed service body including ladder racks, shovel drawer and shelving is 280 kg.

• The plumber fixed service body is available in 3 lengths, 1800, 2100 & 2400. The width of the unit is 1850. Fully dimensioned drawings can be downloaded from the links below.

• One Adjustable shelf is provided in each side compartment. A shovel drawer is provided as standard. The rear compartments have been designed to safely store gas bottles, with louvered ventilated doors fitted as standard. Additional shelves, slide out drawers and workbenches can be fitted as options.

• A large range of electrical options are available including central locking, reversing cameras, lighting, etc are available. A full list of accessories is available on the website.

• Hot dipped galvanised ladder rack front and rear bars are provided as standard.

• Two rear underside compartments, plus 15L handwash station are fitted as standard (2400 only). A front step is also fitted both sides of the unit (2100 and 2400). Rear steps are incorporated into the body at the rear to allow access into the centre aisle.

• All compartments are dust and water resistant, and our water testing procedure is first rate. Front and side doors swing open, while the centre side and rear doors are fitted with Stabilus gas struts. The centre aisle door can be hinged to swing open or down.

• Stainless Steel T-handles are supplied as standard

• Powder coated in any standard colour at no additional cost.
